You’ve got your badge for Tabletop Oahu, and now you want to sign up for some games. But how? With Tabletop.Events, you can have your badge info and schedule information all in the same place! Here’s a guide for how to sign up for and manage all the games you’re interested in! **Please note, all games are free to join with your badge!**
- Go to https://tabletop.events/conventions/tabletop-oahu-2025-spring-edition/schedule#. You can access this page by clicking the “Buy Tickets” button on the right side of the Tabletop Oahu Spring 2025 Event page as well.
- From here, you can filter events by various criteria or just scroll down the full list.
- Alternatively, you can view the schedule on a timeline per day
- Once you’ve found an event you’re interested in, click the green “get” button on the left of the event listing.
- This page will show you a longer description of the event, what room and table the event is at, and may contain a link for more information.
- If you’d like to add this event to your schedule, click the green “Get Ticket for [Your Name]. If you have multiple badges on your account, you can choose which person you’d like to sign up for the event, or both!
- From here you can check out, or you can click the “Buy more tickets” button to add additional events to your cart.
- After you’ve built your schedule, you can go to https://tabletop.events/conventions/tabletop-oahu-2025-spring-edition/schedule/my to view the tickets you have for your badge(s).
- If you decide you would no longer like to attend a particular event, please remember to delete that ticket so someone else can claim it!
At the event, please make sure to arrive at your scheduled event 10 minutes prior to the listed start time! Arriving to your table late may result in walk-ins being accepted in your stead!
