These tiers are fully customizable and are meant as a jumping off point. Please contact us if you’d like to purchase any of these levels or if you want to customize your sponsorship package.

Basic Supporter

You provide:

$30
Fliers/handouts advertising your business/game/etc.

We provide:

Distribution of your flyer via a Free-To-Take table near registration

Basic Library Sponsor

You provide:

A copy of your game for our library (that we don’t already have)

We provide:

listing your game on our schedule
having a volunteer teach your game to attendees
listing your logo on our library page
putting your game on our featured games shelf
a social media post shouting out your game (may be part of a post with other games)

Basic P&W Sponsor

You provide:

A copy of your game for our Play and Win to be given away at the Play and Win drawing

We provide:

listing your game on the Play and Win page
putting your game on our Play and Win shelf
a social media post shouting out your game (may be part of a post with other games)

Why do play and win?

Attendees will play your game throughout the convention for a chance to win the game at the end of the convention. This encourages numerous plays by a variety of different players!

Supporter Sponsor

You provide:

A donation of some sort worth at least $50.

We provide:

listing your logo on our website as a sponsor
a social media shoutout thanking you for your contribution

Silver Sponsor

You provide:

$300 cash or $600 retail in donations

We provide:

listing your logo on our website as a Silver Sponsor
3 posts to our social media networks highlighting your game/company
your game(s) on the featured games shelf/play and win shelf as appropriate
you may provide collateral for distribution to attendees

Gold Sponsor

You provide:

$800 cash or $1600 retail donations

1 post every 2 weeks leading up to the con highlighting one of your games/features
